IDEA

Although it appears the Department of Education’s IDEA pages have been removed, nothing ever disappears from the Internet.

Information that as of January 2017 is still available, and I will try to capture as well, just in case:

Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Statute
The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) is a law ensuring services to children with disabilities throughout the nation. IDEA governs how states and public agencies provide early intervention, special education and related services to more than 6.5 million eligible infants, toddlers, children and youth with disabilities.

Part B IDEA Regulations
These regulations implement Part B of the IDEA which governs services to children with disabilities, ages 3 through 21.

Part C IDEA Regulations
These regulations implement Part C of the IDEA which governs services to infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families.
